About Me

I’m Oriana Veloz, a reliable, caring, and proactive nanny and housekeeper with over 5 years of experience supporting families with childcare, daily routines, and home management. My aim is to create a warm, balanced, and well-organized environment where children feel safe, understood, and free to grow.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy, which gives me a strong understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and healthy communication. This background allows me to offer not only attentive care, but also emotional and educational support that nurtures each child’s overall well-being.

I have experience caring for children of different ages, from infants to school-aged children. I am confident in establishing routines and gentle boundaries, offering emotional support and active listening, and organizing educational play and developmentally appropriate activities. I also assist with feeding and hygiene, including diaper changes and bathing, and I use positive discipline strategies to manage conflicts in a respectful way.

In addition to childcare, I have strong cooking skills developed through professional experience, enabling me to prepare nutritious meals and adapt easily to a family’s dietary preferences or needs. I am also highly organized and comfortable with household tasks, from daily tidying to deeper cleaning, always aiming to maintain a calm and orderly home.

I consider myself a warm, dependable, and proactive person, with an advanced level of English (C1), which I am continuously improving. I am open to adjusting my rate for the right family, depending on responsibilities, schedule, and long-term commitment.
