I am a qualified Neonatal Intensive care nurse still working part time at The Rosie and in the Community caring for newborn and premature babies. My youngest son of 3 is about to go to university and my nest is going to feel rather empty!
My Experience
25 years as a qualified Neonatal Intensive care nurse but I’ve also raised 3 sons of my own.
I have so much experience through my community work of supporting new parents at home with everything from difficult feeding including breast feeding to sleeping etc and am able to offer huge amounts of reassurance with whatever they are worried about.
My Qualifications
Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse still practising so I have annual Basic Life support training.
My Availability
This would depend on your needs. I could work a couple of full weeks as a proper maternity nurse initially when baby newborn or simply a couple of nights or days a week.
