About Me
My name is Stephanie (steph ) I am a mum of 4 ,After having my youngest I decided to finally take the leap into the childminding .Being able to give children more of 1.1 care from a home from home environment. I Have worked in different nursery settings for over 8 years implementing the EYFS .We live with our family dog . I currently work as Deputy manager in nursery Thursday and Fridays
My Experience
I have Over 10 years experience in nursery setting , aswell as having first hand experience with my own children . I enjoy setting up children’s individual focus activity's following there interests and development giving them the means to learn but also have fun . Experience in Leading a nursery following policy’s and procedures are adhered to aswell as Safeguarding children.I Providing a happy, caring atmosphere whilst supporting children through transitions , development ,regulating emotions and following boundaries. I have patience and a good sense of humour. As I have 4 children it’s more easier for me to have children of diverse age ranges. I will provide a safe and secure child-centred physical environment, a warm, caring, loving and trusting setting for children where they can develop friendships and feel protected and secure.
I have a lovely house with a good size garden, where children can play and explore. Children in my care are given the opportunity to become confident little individuals.

Level 3 Diploma in childcare
Level 2 in social care
Level 3 designated safeguarding lead
12 hr First Aid paediatric course
Level 2 Food and Hygiene
