My Summary

My Experience

I have had the privilege of working as a special educator at Child Nature Montessori , where I was responsible for looking after children with special
needs. My role included creating Individualized Education Programs (lEPs), providing personalized care, and conducting various activities to enhance both gross and fine motor skills. I also developed lesson plans, organized cognitive and recreational activities, and ensured each child received the support they needed to thrive.
My focus was
on teaching vocational skills, basic English, math,Science and Nepali, helping these children develop essential life skills.
Beyond my work in education, I have been actively involved in social programs aimed at supporting marginalized and needy communities.
I have organized awareness campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and various projects to uplift and empower those in need. This work has allowed me to make a meaningful impact and
further fueled my passion for helping others.

My Qualifications

I have a well-rounded academic background with a focus on management, social work, and project management. I completed my higher education in Science from Notre dame science program which was established by British. I then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Aadhikavi Bhanubhakga College , which provided me with a solid grounding in business and organizational skills and where I developed a deep understanding of community service and social welfare. These qualifications have equipped me with a unique blend of knowledge, allowing me to approach challenges from both social and managerial perspectives.
