I am a third year medical student based in central London who would love to spend my free time helping out as a babysitter or tutor!
My Experience
I have previously worked as a disability support worker for children and young adults for three years. Whilst assisting with supportive tasks, I helped the children participate in a range of activities such as day trips to see musicals/pantomimes, bowling and skiing, to arts & crafts, baking and music workshops. Furthermore, I have acted as a mentor throughout my secondary school and university years, developing my patient and reliable, but also creative and fun nature. I have also enjoyed assisting with the 3 ½ to 5 year old class at my performing arts school and volunteering at events like my local schools' Sportshall Athletics as a GSCE PE student.
My Qualifications
I am DBS certified and as a medical student I have undergone significant online/in-person training in health & safety and communication.
My Availability
My availability will depend upon my timetable which I am unfortunately yet to receive in full, however, I will be free on evenings, weekends, and Wednesday afternoons.
