About Me
I am a registered childminder with practical childcare experience as a parent, working alongside an established childminder. I also bring 25 years of corporate customer service experience within private healthcare, ensuring professionalism, organisation, and clear communication with families.
We are based on a small, quiet estate on the edge of the countryside and are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by green space and wildlife, which we regularly explore. Our setting offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to enjoy, including access to our own vegetable patch where little ones can learn about growing and caring for plants.
My Experience
I have worked within childcare and private healthcare throughout my career, giving me a strong foundation in child development, safeguarding, and professional practice.
As a parent, I have hands-on experience supporting my own children through their early years and education. I also regularly volunteer at a local primary school, supporting early reading, helping at school events, and accompanying school trips to assist teaching staff.
In addition, I serve as a local school governor, which allows me to contribute to shaping the future of our children’s education and to play an active role in supporting the school community.
