About Me
Hi! I am Lia. This is my second year in London, as a law student at Queen Mary University in a double degree with Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. I was born and raised in Paris. My parents are Portuguese and Colombian, so I not only speak English and French but also Portuguese and Spanish. I also have some basis in German.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience with children of different ages. I have two younger siblings and have always loved taking care of them. On my first year in London I nannied a Portuguese family with 3 children aged between 2 and 9 years old, I volunteer for Solidarity Sports on a regular basis (I take care of children between 4 and 10 years old), and this last months I was a babysitter for a family of two children aged 2 and 7. I also used to tutor schoolers and adolescents in Paris.
My Qualifications
I am very patient, understanding, and responsible. I love to play with children, read stories to them. I can pick them from school, help them with their homework, shower them, feed them and put them to bed.
My Availability
I am looking to babysit 1-3 kids, 2 to 3 times a week. I am available Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 4.30-7.30pm.
If interested, my flatmate can fill in the same hours on Fridays and she can come (adhoc) a few hours on weekends. She has the same profile as me: French girl, we are studying the same course, she has 2 siblings. We worked for the same family these last months. It can be very convenient because she can replace me if I am exceptionally unavailable, and vice versa.
