My Requirements

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic babysitter to look after our 1-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will not only provide safe and attentive care but also engage her in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and creative experiences that support her growth and development.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the child’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Prepare and feed meals/snacks as per routine.
• Follow nap and daily schedule.
• Engage in creative play and new activities such as:
• Reading picture books and storytelling.
• Sensory play (textures, water play, play dough, safe household items).
• Music and movement (singing, dancing, baby instruments).
• Age-appropriate arts and crafts (finger painting, crayons, safe stickers).
• Outdoor activities (stroller walks, park visits, nature exploration).
• Montessori-inspired activities (stacking, sorting, simple puzzles, practical life play).
• Introduce new activities weekly to stimulate curiosity and learning.
• Support developmental milestones—encouraging walking, fine motor skills, and early communication.
• Light housekeeping related to the child (tidying play area, cleaning bottles/dishes).

Qualifications
• Prior experience caring for infants/toddlers (references preferred).
• Knowledge of child development stages and age-appropriate play.
• Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable creating a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
