My Experience

I have a diverse background with experience in both early years childcare and customer service roles. I have worked in a nursery setting where I was responsible for supporting children’s daily routines, including feeding, nappy changing, supervising play, and setting up learning activities based on the EYFS framework. I enjoyed building strong bonds with the children and supporting their development in a safe, nurturing environment.
Alongside this, I have worked in several customer-facing roles, including in Duty Free retail, as a Customer Service Advisor at EE, and in a petrol station. These positions have developed my communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to providing excellent service. At EE, I handled a high volume of calls, helped resolve customer queries, and promoted products and services. In retail and the petrol station, I gained experience in handling payments, stock management, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
These combined experiences have made me confident, adaptable, and skilled at working with both children and adults. I’m comfortable working in busy environments, staying organised, and communicating clearly and professionally.

My Qualifications

I hold a Law and Criminology degree, which has equipped me with strong analytical, communication, and safeguarding awareness skills. I have 9 GCSEs including Maths and English, along with 3 A-Levels in Double Business, ICT, and Law. In addition to my academic background, I have completed a Nursery qualification, which has given me practical knowledge of early years education, child development, and the EYFS framework. This combination of academic and childcare training allows me to bring both a caring and professional approach to working in early years settings.
