About Me
Hi I'm Ashleigh, I am a primary school teacher with 4 years of experience teaching from EYFS to KS2 and with SEN children. I also have an additional 5 years of experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) in the capacities of a SEN LSA and Play/Youth worker.
I offer tutoring for children age 4-11. I have an enhanced DBS check and I am registered to the update service.
My Experience
Primary School Teacher EYFS to year 6 for the last 4 years
I have supported children to pass year 1 phonics screening, year 2 and year 6 SATS. I have been successful in supporting children with additional needs and/or English as an additional language to develop their phonics, reading and writing knowledge.
My Qualifications
PGCE with QTS (St Mary's University, Twickenham. July 2022)
I am also trained in teaching Little Wandle Phonics and have taken part in CPD provided by Autism Education Trust.
