My Requirements

We are looking for someone to manage the school runs and care for the children before and after school.

Ideally we would need someone only to work opposite my husbands shifts. The above hours is the maximum we would need should someone prefer a regular work pattern

His shifts are in a 4 weekly pattern. The following is the minimum we would need.

Week 1. Mon- Fri 6.30am to 9am (15.5 hours)
Week 2. Wed- Thurs 3pm-6.30pm. Friday 2.15pm to 6pm (10.75hrs)
Week 3. Mon- wed 6.30am to 9am. Friday 2.15pm to 6pm (11.25hrs)
Week 4. Mon- tue 3pm to 6.30pm . Thurs 3pm - 6.30pm. Fri 2.15pm to 6pm. (14.25hrs)
Average 12.5 hrs pw

My son is autistic and non-verbal. He attends a SEN school and is collected and dropped off via minibus at our home. My daughter attends a primary school 5 min walk from our home.

Morning shifts would require getting them ready for school and giving them breakfast. Afterschool would be making dinner and playing.
