Wraparound Care Nanny with SEN experience needed

I have a daughter (9) and a son (6). I am a single mum working as a full-time teacher
My Requirements
I am looking for someone to manage the school runs and care for both my daughter(9) and son (6) before and after school in our home.
I would need 7am to 9am Monday to Friday. 3pm to 6pm Monday to Thursday with Fridays being 2.30pm to 5.30pm. 20 hours per week. I need someone who accepts the tax free childcare.
I am a teacher, so on occasion will need childcare till 8pm for parents evening. Also potential for ad-hoc weekend shifts and some holiday/half term shifts if available.
I would need someone to start on 31st August.
My son is autistic and non-verbal. He attends a SEN school and is collected and dropped off via minibus at our home. My daughter attends a primary school 5 min walk from our home.
Morning shifts would require getting them ready for school and giving them breakfast. Afterschool would be making dinner and playing.
Applicants would need:
DBS
Experienced with SEN children
First aid (children)
EpiPen training
Own car (desirable)
