Looking for a Part-time Nanny with SEN experience

I have a daughter (9) and a son (6).
My Requirements
I am looking for someone to manage the school runs and care for both my daughter(9) and son (6) before and after school in our home.
Ideally we would need someone only to work opposite the childrens Dads shifts. However, there is some flexibility should the right person need a weekly shift pattern or more hours.
His shifts are in a 4 weekly pattern, during term time. The following is the minimum we would need.
Week 1. Mon- Fri 6.30am to 9am (12.5 hours)
Week 2. Wed- Thurs 3pm-6.30pm. Friday 2.30pm to 6.30pm (11hrs)
Week 3. Mon- wed 6.30am to 9am. Friday 2.30pm to 6.30pm (11.5hrs)
Week 4. Mon- Tue 3pm to 6.30pm . Thurs - Fri 6.30am to 9am (12hrs)
Average 11.75 hrs pw
I am a teacher, so on occasion will need childcare till 8pm for parents evening. Also potential for ad-hoc weekend shifts and some holiday/half term shifts if available.
We would need someone to start on 31st August, latest.(This would be week 2)
My son is autistic and non-verbal. He attends a SEN school and is collected and dropped off via minibus at our home. My daughter attends a primary school 5 min walk from our home.
Morning shifts would require getting them ready for school and giving them breakfast. Afterschool would be making dinner and playing.
Applicants would need:
DBS
Experienced with SEN children
First aid (children)
EpiPen training
Own car (desirable)
