My Requirements

About Our Household:
We are a small, calm, and friendly household.
Non-smoking, pet-free, and baby-friendly environment.
Both parents work.
We value gentle parenting, and creating a nurturing, responsive atmosphere for our baby. Not big on routines yet.
Childcare Expectations:
Experience caring for infants under 1 year is essential.
A patient, attentive, and loving approach to baby care.
Support with age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration and development (e.g., tummy time, songs, reading, outdoor walks).
Comfortable preparing and feeding bottles (formula) and beginning to support early weaning in the coming months.
Keeping a light record of the day (feeds, naps, nappy changes) is appreciated.
Basic baby-related housekeeping (e.g., tidying toys, washing bottles, changing baby’s clothes as needed).
Tutoring/Developmental Support:
While formal tutoring isn’t necessary at this age, we’d love a childminder who:
Engages with our baby through books, music, and early language.
Encourages curiosity and interaction in a calm, developmentally appropriate way.
Supports early milestones through play and positive engagement.
