About Me
Hello, we're a small family of three, myself, Noah 4 and Rayan 8.
Rayan is very bright, energetic, and very curious. Noah is 4 and has autism. He’s non-verbal, which can feel challenging at first, but he’s very good at showing what he wants once you get to know him. He’s completely mobile, loves being outside and going for walks, and has sensory needs that become second nature to understand with time. I work Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday in healthcare. I share custody of my boys with their dad, and up until now we’ve never had a nanny. For the past two years we’ve managed by coordinating my work schedule with their dad’s, but I’m now in a position where I feel the boys would have a much better quality of life with more stability being at home and in the same routine around school. I’m not entirely sure if what I’m looking for is common, or even exists in the usual sense, but if it’s something you feel you could work with, I’d love to hear from you. I’m very open to suggestions and advice
My Requirements
I would ideally need care from 7:00am until 8:00pm (though I may be able to adjust this slightly if needed). Both of my boys attend different schools, so mornings would involve getting them dressed, breakfast, and drop-offs. Rayan at Stoneham Park (Eastleigh) and Noah at Shepherds Down. Pick-ups are at 2:50pm and 3:20pm, although I can arrange after-school club for Rayan if a later collection works better. In the afternoons/evenings, I’d need the boys to have dinner, be bathed, and ready for bed by 7:30pm. They’re usually very good with their bedtime routine.
I'm quite flexible at this stage and if helps I may even be able to adjust or completely change my work schedule to fit with the right person schedule.
