About Me

With my previous experience in a nursery setting and growing up around young children, I believe I can make a positive impact on children’s lives. Although I am young and currently underqualified in comparison to some, I do possess A-levels and GCSEs. However, I remain confident that I can support your children. Whether that be with homework, play or even just a shoulder to cry on I will be there.
Having grown up as the eldest daughter in a working-class family, I believe this is where my passion for helping others began. I have had the privilege of experiencing the role of a big sister, having worked in nurseries with children of all ages and backgrounds. I believe that childhood is invaluable, and each child deserves a supportive environment in which they can grow and flourish. I wish to continue developing my understanding of everything children experience.
I aspire to be a child psychologist. Currently enrolled at Manchester Metropolitan University, where I am studying educational psychology, I wish to continue growing as a person. I already have an Enhanced DBS. As well as a deep-rooted fascination for child psychology and development. After studying psychology for the past six years, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of child developments. Each child is special, with their own unique habits, curiosities, and questions about the world. I wish to be a part of this significant life stage! I currently work 6 hours a week as a project manager in a kids’ club, which is allowing me to develop my skills and is only on Mondays and Tuesdays 3:30-6:30. I’m also a dog lover with my own Dachshund living in the city centre!!!
