About Me
I am Jermain and we’re a loving christian family with two wonderful daughters who are full of character and energy. We’re looking for a caring and reliable childminder who can become a positive part of their weekly routine and bring patience, warmth, and encouragement into their days.
My Requirements
The support we need follows a rotating schedule:
Week 1 (Mornings): Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 8:30am (helping the girls get ready and start their day smoothly).
Week 2 (Afternoons): Monday to Friday, 3:00pm – 6:00pm (collecting them, offering a snack, and keeping them happy and engaged until we’re home).
Our eldest daughter is on the autistic spectrum (Asperger’s), and our youngest has ADHD. Both are bright, loving, and thrive with structure, patience, and gentle encouragement. We’d love to find someone who understands neurodiverse children and can support them in a calm, positive way.
We’re hoping to connect with someone who not only provides care, but also feels like an extension of our family—someone who enjoys getting to know the girls, celebrates their quirks, and helps them feel safe, valued, and understood.
