Happy family found at Happy Family facilities

After eleven months spent nurturing and caring for our first son, we started the settling on a known and branded nursery, which seemed very caring and the perfect environment we were looking for. Unfortunately, during the settling period we soon understood the reality was far from the loving and caring environment we were sold, and after the third week we decided it just wasn't the nurturing environment we wanted for our son so we looked for an alternative, while both of us were transitioning back into full time work.
I came across Happy Family, and we immediately noticed it was a much more personal and caring, tailored approach, more gentle and aimed at discovering and valuing the child interests and experiences.
Very quickly our child settled in and he was happy to be at the facility, where he found loving staff, exciting entertainment and wonderful activities to experience, discover and grow and develop new skills.
From the activities they organise, to the food they provide, to the trips they take daily, it is wonderful to know that our child is in an environment that is as close to the love and consideration he had at home with us.
Now, one year later, we have seen amazing improvements, we see our child growing, walking and talking, being happy with his friends, being excited with all the amazing activities Pegah, Mehdi and the team create. He is stimulated and nurtured, being fed with freshly made nutritious and healthy food - to sum it up, being loved as close family would do. We are very happy with the settings, and with no hesitation we recommend Happy Family to all parents who are looking for the best childminder from any point of view.
Also, facilities and hygiene are taken seriously, all policies are transparently and thoroughly developed, shared and documented, admin and communications are great and Pegah and the team are always spending their own time and weekends in improving the settings, organising activities and going the extra-mile, a true and genuine sign that they really love their job and they do it with the utmost passion.
We feel very lucky and blessed for having found them, and are certain our child could not grow and develop any better - Pegah and team, we are very grateful for the work and effort you put in to caring for our child and all the children in your setting, it's very hard as parents to leave your child in the care of someone because of work, but it is a relief to know that when he is not with us he is being exceptionally cared for.
