Hey, how are you. So I’m a mum to kaylem who’s now 2.5 years old. Firstly just to say we’re Currently on a journey for a adhd/autism assessment for Kaylem.
Iv had him in a school nursery with flying start but it didn’t work out for him. Because he’s so particular with his things I felt the school didn’t respect that which then sent Kaylem into frequent meltdowns (more so after nursery at home) which affected his sleep, even getting back into the car which took me 6 weeks to get him back on track. Iv no idea what’s happened but he wasn’t happy. I feel a private childminder with a small group of children around him and him allowed to be him, and have his own toys to play with but with others would be more suitable. I’m just wondering if anyone is here to help me with this? I hope we can help kaylem together by becoming more independent away from me and enjoy being with others but all in his own time. He’s a funny happy little boy. He just needs to understood. ?
