About Me
Hello my name is Terri and I have been a Childminder for just over 2 years, previously to this i was a private nanny for 10 years and previous to that I worked in nurseries.
I currently joint Childmind with my mum who has been a Childminder for over 25 years, she will be retiring in September this year.
we live in a 3 bedroom semi detached house with a large front and back garden, we also have a German shepherd dog called Rover.
The setting has a living room, conservatory and kitchen which are all separated by child safety gates which allows the bigger children to play with smaller toys that the younger babies won't have access too.

Our daughter has been cared for by Terri for the past two and a half years, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful person to look after her. From the very beginning, Terri has been incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful—always ensuring our daughter feels safe, happy, and loved. It’s clear how much she genuinely enjoys spending time with the children in her care, and her generous spirit shines through in everything she does.
Over time, Terri has become much more than a childminder; she’s truly become part of our family. Her flexibility and understanding have been such a gift to us, and we’ve always felt completely at ease knowing our daughter is in her care. We’re so grateful for the nurturing environment she’s provided and for the positive influence she’s had on our daughter’s early years. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough, you won’t regret choosing Terri.

I feel so lucky to have Terri caring for my children. She provides a warm, safe, and loving environment where each of them feels happy and valued. Her caring and professional approach gives me complete peace of mind every day. I know that their needs are met whilst the children are in her care. She provides me with updates regularly and goes out of her way to ensure everybody is happy.
Terri is wonderful with all 4 of my children and takes a genuine interest in their wellbeing, development, and happiness. She now feels like part of our family, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else looking after them.
I would highly recommend Terri to any family looking for reliable, kind, and inspiring childcare — she truly is one of a kind.
