My Experience

I have worked in schools for 15 years supporting children of all ages.
Through this role, I have developed skills in building positive relationships, supporting emotional regulation, , and promoting a safe and structured environment.

My Qualifications

Paediatric First Aid Certificate – ensures you can respond to emergencies and care for children safely.
Safeguarding and Child Protection Training – understanding how to protect children from harm.
Health and Safety Training – knowledge of safe practices in a home or childcare setting.
Food Hygiene Certificate – required if you will be preparing food for children.
Relevant Childcare Training – courses such as Child Development, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), or other recognised childcare training can support your practice.
Enhanced DBS Check – a criminal record check to ensure you are suitable to work with children.
Registering with Ofsted – childminders must be registered with the relevant regulatory body (e.g., Ofsted in England).

My Availability

From September 2026, I will be offering spaces from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am until 5:00pm.

My Fees

• Childminding from £6.50 per hour

I accept both children who are eligible for government-funded childcare and those who do not receive funding.
This includes:
15 hours of funded childcare for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds.
30 hours of funded childcare for eligible 3- and 4-year-olds (if applicable).
15/30 hours of funded childcare for eligible 9 months 2-year-olds.
I aim to provide high-quality care and support for all children accessing funded hours, ensuring their individual needs are met.
