About Me

Hi I’m Jemima, as the second of four children, I'm used to an energetic and (sometimes) chaotic household. I was born and grew up in Hong Kong, where I enjoyed spending time with all my siblings, mostly outside, either swimming, playing football, making up games, and generally entertaining ourselves. Now that we're all older, we still enjoy a regular card game or football match.

At the age of 12, I attended boarding school in the UK while still living in Hong Kong. This experience taught me valuable social skills and independence. Having just finished my A-levels, I'm looking to work in an environment I enjoy and see as an opportunity to utilise the skills I've acquired from past experience babysitting.

Being at boarding school for 8 years, I learnt key skills of time management, independence, and organisation. Also, from sharing dorms with up to 7 girls, I've learnt to keep my possessions organised and tidy in order not to lose anything!

Growing up, I've always loved participating in several sports, including football, hockey, netball, tennis, swimming, and more. I love keeping active and regularly going on hikes in Hong Kong or walks in Richmond Park. As a nanny, I would take any opportunity to stay active and play outdoors with your children. I love being creative and imaginative. I have a passion for photography and studied it for A-level; I also did Art for GCSE.
