My Experience

I am responsible for providing activities for the holistic development of the children, including supporting and supervising homework, organising playdates and attending age appropriate clubs. I have excellent communication skills.
I prepare balanced and nutritious food. I organise their birthday parties and have taken the children on several short breaks, acting as a proxy parent.
I undertake household duties such as the children's laundry, maintaining the playroom and running errands. As well as being responsible for the nanny purse.

In my former role as Assistant Headteacher in a Primary School, I was confident and knowledgeable to teach children across all ages. I am completely up to date with the teaching of Phonics and have multiple strategies to inspire, engage and teach children how to read, write and build on mathematical and critical thinking.
Prior to embarking on my teaching career, I was a qualified nurse in A&E for 18 years.
