I would not recommend this childcare provider. Despite agreeing to my varying work hours at the outset, issues quickly arose. My child’s name and my own were repeatedly used incorrectly despite several corrections. The contract was terminated after I questioned a payment, and the termination form contained inaccuracies that were ignored. I am still awaiting my refund, and communication has stopped. I have retained written message evidence if required.

hello oby, i'd just like to say I apologise if things didn't go the way you wanted it to. However, leaving a false review that holds no truth is defamation of character and is very harmful for my business. If you check the rest of my reviews others have been very happy with my service and that is because they stuck to the contract and did it correctly. You did not stick to the hours you told me and I do have message evidence of this, please do not write messages filled with an untruthful review simply because you didn't stick to a legally signed, lawfully recognised contract. thank you.
