About Me

Hi, I’m Madison, a 19-year-old second-year Norland student with a real passion for working with children. I have a wide range of childcare experience and pride myself on being kind, caring, and reliable. I always aim to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children can feel comfortable and thrive. I’m based in Bath during term time and available in Southend-on-Sea during the holidays.

My Experience

Over five years’ babysitting experience, alongside working with an outstanding Ofsted-registered childminder, developing a strong understanding of high-quality childcare practice. In addition, I have undertaken a variety of placements in both school and nursery settings, supporting children across a range of ages and developmental needs.

My Qualifications

GCSE in Child Development and a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (Early Years Educator). Paediatric First Aid certified, with Safeguarding training (Levels 1 & 2). Additional training includes Oral Health, Behaviour Management, Play-Based Learning (ages 3–5), and Phonics.
I also have over five years’ babysitting experience and have worked with an outstanding Ofsted-rated childminder, further developing my practical childcare skills.

My Availability

My availability is generally flexible, although it may vary slightly around my university commitments. I have my own car, allowing me to travel easily and reliably.
