My Experience
I bring a well-rounded background in both childcare and healthcare, with over 14 years of experience supporting children in various settings. I’ve worked as an Early Years Educator in nurseries, where I gained hands-on experience supporting children’s development through play, learning, and daily routines.
As a paediatric dental nurse for 14 years in a hospital setting, I developed a calm and reassuring approach when working with children, especially in high-pressure situations. This experience has given me a strong understanding of children’s emotional needs and how to provide care in a gentle, supportive way.
In addition to my professional background, I’m also a parent myself, which has given me valuable first-hand insight into the everyday needs, challenges, and joys of caring for young children.
I hold a First-Class degree in Psychology, which complements my practical experience by giving me a deeper understanding of child development, behaviour, and emotional well-being.
