About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder based in Cullingworth, Bradford. I am very passionate about child development and play based learning, especially through having my own young children.
I live with my husband and two gorgeous little girls in a semi-detached house with lovely neighbours.
I run a home from home environment, with a range of activities you’re little one can take part in, including messy play, baking, arts and crafts. I have lots of toys to play with, along with a wide range of books to read, learning nursery rhymes and singing that can feature throughout our day.
I love being out in the community where we spend our time visiting local libraries, museums, castles, parks, farms, play gyms, and playgroups, forest school, yoga group and nature walks.
I have strong community links with a local forest school, baby yoga and a lot of childminders with whom we meet up with a few days a week.
We also have a play area, garden, and live close to a park and a recreation ground.
My Experience
Before training as a childminder, I previously worked as an oral health practitioner for Bradford District Care Trust, working with early years children teaching them how to look after their teeth and applying fluoride. I have lots of experience from raising my own children, as well as looking after nieces, nephews and friends’ children.
My Qualifications
Paediatric level 3 First Aid
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition and Health
Childminding Training Course
Safeguarding / Child Protection Course
I regularly keep my CPD up to date by attending training sessions.
My Availability
My working hours are 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Thursday.
My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Childminding from £5.00 per hour.
Charge £5.00 per hour for any hours outside of the funded provision.
I pick up and drop off from Cullingworth Primary:
If requiring care before school £7.00.
If requiring care after school £10.00.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Cullingworth Village Primary School
