My Experience
I have over four years of professional experience working in both schools and nurseries, caring for and supporting children across a range of ages and abilities. I also previously worked as a self-employed childminder, where I gained valuable experience providing personalised childcare and creating engaging, child-led activities. Although I no longer work as a childminder professionally, the knowledge and skills I developed continue to shape the care I provide today.
Alongside my practical experience, I have completed qualifications in Understanding Autism and Understanding ADHD. I also have hands-on experience supporting children with additional needs within school settings, giving me a strong understanding of how to provide patient, inclusive, and individualised care. As a mum of three, I also have personal experience navigating different developmental stages and supporting children with varying personalities and needs.
My combination of professional training, practical experience, and personal parenting experience allows me to provide a caring, engaging, and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to thrive
