About Me
Hello! We a family of 4 living in Kettleshulme, High Peak. We own a small homestead and are looking for help with our 2 children - I own my own business yet am a SAHM, which has become increasingly hard to balance.
We keep chickens and ducks, have great plans for the growth of our space and would love to find someone who in interested in growing and animals.
My Requirements
We truly believe in 1-1 nurturing care for our kids and, though we've tried forest school, don't think group care environments like nurseries etc. are suitable or attentive enough to truly nourish a child's living experience.
We're therefore looking for someone who can be present for our children on 2 days a week where I need to focus on my business, who is creative and exciting, can set up tasks and projects for the children, who would walk them around the land and maybe go on berry treasure hunts or look for tree seeds, etc. things like that!
We believe in a gentle approach, but also predominantly child-led with limited intervention - more guidance than resistance!
