Part Time Nanny Job In London Borough Of Hackney
About Me
We’re looking for an experienced, confident and warm nanny for our 7month baby who could ideally start asap but willing to wait for right person. Our baby is incredibly happy and curious and loves to play.
- we are 2 professionals working full time in London with long hours (that have some variabilities)
- ?We follow some cultural practises (take off shoes indoors, change into indoor clothing after public transport, in paid time)
- ?we want to have someone be part of the family, who feels a sense of ownership in providing best outcomes for the baby and isn’t afraid to make suggestions or challenge the status quo
My Requirements
The role
* looking for 2-3 days a week, 8am-6pm or thereabouts
* responsibilities: feeds, naps, play, outings, baby laundry, bottles, fresh meals when weaning. Some small admin like receiving online grocery orders
* ? ? keen on a rich language environment (lots of talking, singing and reading, including reading both children’s books and “grown?up” books for wide range of vocabulary)
* ?training in Montessori principles a plus
* ?we are looking for a nanny who brings experience, strong training and up-to-date knowledge. We are aware some advice changes over time and we often look to modern research / books to make decisions
