Hello! My name is Jo, and I’m an experienced nanny and childcare professional with a strong academic and practical background.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science from Cardiff University, followed by a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology (Distinction).
I’ve worked as a nanny in both London and Cardiff, caring for children aged 5–9 years, supporting families with school pickups, homework help, meal times, play activities, and evening routines. I build warm, trusting relationships with both children and parents, creating a calm and positive home environment.
Professionally, I’ve also held roles as Head of Operations and Head Coach for a leading children’s activity provider, running programmes for children aged 2–12 years. This gave me extensive hands-on experience planning and delivering age-appropriate, active, and educational sessions in a fun and safe setting.
