My Experience
I have over 10 years of experience as a nanny, working with children from newborns to school age. My background includes working in a nursery setting, where I gained valuable knowledge of child development, early years routines, and group learning activities.
I have also worked privately with families, closely with parents, providing one-to-one support, from infancy through to preparing them for school , helping with feeding, sleep routines, early learning, and social development. From working in both nurseries and private families, I’ve learned how to keep a good balance between routine and flexibility. This helps children feel safe and cared for, while also giving them the chance to explore, learn, and become more independent.
At the moment I work in a special school with children with special needs. This has given me lots of practical experience in supporting different needs, finding creative ways to communicate, and helping children feel comfortable and confident in their daily routines.
