About Me
I am a mum of 3 children aged 16, 19 and 21 and I was a stay at home mum for 19 years. When the children became more independent I wanted to start a part-time job and realised that what I loved most was looking after and caring for children. I work part-time at the local school as an exam invigilator and I looked after a 6 year girl 3 days week for 2 years, collecting from school, taking to clubs, helping with homework, doing crafts/games and cooking dinner and babysitting in the evening, the family have just relocated.
My Experience
I have brought up 3 children of my own, I was a volunteer at my sons prep school, helping in the library and with events alongside being an active member of the Parents Association. I also volunteered at my daughters school to assist on school trips. I recently worked as a volunteer for Home-Start Bromley supporting parents with young families and I am an exam invigilator at my local school in Chislehurst. I worked as an after school nanny until recently, the family have relocated.
My Qualifications
DBS Certified, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children Level 2, KCSIE Knowledge Check 2025/26, Level 2 Counselling, Level 1 Sign Language, Ofsted Registered, Insured.
My Availability
I prefer to work during term time but I can be flexible during the school holidays if need be, I can also babysit in the evenings on an ad hoc basis.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
I normally charge £20 p/h as an after school nanny but this does depend on how many children need caring for and travel costs, i.e how far I need to travel for pick up, clubs etc
