I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my first child looking for childcare to begin when I return to work in January 2027.

It may be a bit soon but myself and my partner are shift workers and our shifts vary. One week we may need a Monday and Wednesday the next could just be a Friday for example. So we do need someone who can be flexible but we can give up to 2 years notice with our shifts/rotas.
