My Requirements

Hello. I run a legal consultancy which I am looking to scale. I have a 2 year old daughter who I have looked after on a Wednesday and Friday since leaving my job as an in-house solicitor in the search of a flexible life. I am open to a 3 month initial set up where someone looks after my daughter Wednesday and Friday mornings at my house and also potentially does some housework on one of the afternoons while she is napping. I would also potentially need cover once a month for putting to bed and staying with her while I get home (working away from the local area and husband would be as well) and where possible emergency cover when she can't go to her childminder (she goes Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays). The 3 month set up is to trial taking on more clients with the view for it to become more permanent and there would be scope to do pick/up drop off from school as she gets older.
