About Me
We are a family of three with both of us working full time. Mum is a consultant doctor and father is a pilot. Our boy is a bright and talkative little button aged 6 years old (year 2) with a recent SEND diagnosis and an ECHP.
UPDATE 28 Oct 2025: we have found someone to assist us so currently do not require anyone at this time.
My Requirements
Our boy Rafa is 6 years old - year two at primary school - and has an ASD diagnosis (high functioning). Whilst his ASD wouldn’t be apparent to most adults as it is fairly mild, it is impacting his learning. He is good at socialising but is about 12-16 months behind his peers academically. To that end we would like to find some after school tuition for him (in an ideal world as part of wrap around car after school if someone could collect him from school). For anything from 1-3 days per week for approx one or two hours each time. Ideally on an Monday, Tuesday and/or Thurs. And with someone either trained or at least experienced with SEND and/or the school curriculum. We are flexible on this the main priority is to give him a learning platform after school hours so he does not become any further behind. Patience is a requirement as his main issue is his short attention span in the learning environment with suspected ADD/ADHD as well.
