Ideally, I’d like to find someone trustworthy, with experience caring for infants, and preferably with references or a clean background check.
What I really need is someone I can occasionally drop her off with on short notice (like a day or two in advance), mostly when I have plans or need some personal time. Not a fixed schedule
My Requirements
Experience caring for infants under 1 year old
Emergency babysitting
Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid
Comfortable with bottle feeding and preparing formula
Able to follow and respond to baby's cues for sleep and naps
Diaper changing experience and hygiene awareness
Non-smoker and comfortable in a pet-free environment (or specify if pets are present)
Willing to provide regular updates via text/photos while babysitting
Gentle, patient, and attentive caregiving style
Familiarity with soothing and calming techniques for infants
Quiet, low-stimulation environment preferred for infant care
