About Me
We’re a friendly family with two lively young boys, aged three and one. I’ve recently returned to work from maternity leave and am looking for a kind, reliable, and experienced part-time nanny/mother’s helper to join us. The role is Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8am–6pm, with the possibility of extra hours on Tuesdays and Fridays. This is an opportunity to care for both boys, support nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, and help with light household tasks, becoming a valued part of our family.
We’re looking for someone warm, patient, and dependable to support our family’s daily routine. While our older son attends nursery full-time, the role will involve quality time with both boys, focusing on play, development, and general care for our 1-year-old.
My Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging and caring for both boys, including playtime, local classes, stay-and-play sessions, and trips to the playground.
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy environment for the children.
- Communicating regularly about the boys’ routines, needs, and activities.
- Managing nursery drop-offs and pick-ups for our older son.
- Assisting with light household tasks, such as cooking, washing, and loading/unloading the dishwasher.
- Being reliable, punctual, and flexible within the schedule.
We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible and commit for at least a year. Experience with infants and toddlers is essential, as well as a positive, nurturing attitude and a genuine love of children.
