Hello! My name’s Gemma, and I’m an 19-year-old part-time estate agent negotiator currently studying property. Before this, I worked in a pharmacy for two and a half years, which really helped me develop a calm, caring, and responsible nature — something I bring to everything I do.
I absolutely love being around babies and young children. I’ve recently had the joy of helping care for my beautiful 5-week-old niece, which gave me hands-on experience with feeding, nappy changes, and soothing routines. Spending time with her made me realise how much I enjoy caring for little ones and supporting parents whenever they need an extra pair of hands.
I’m available all day on Tuesdays and most weekends, and I’m happy to help with playtime, feeding, bedtime routines, and light household tasks while little ones rest. I always aim to create a warm, safe, and happy environment where children feel secure and content.
I am obtaining a DBS and I pride myself on being reliable, kind, and easy to talk to.

My Experience
In my previous pharmacy role, I regularly interacted with families and young children, offering support, advice, and care in a professional setting. This experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with empathy, and pay attention to important details — all skills that are essential when caring for little ones.
I also gained first aid knowledge and experience during my time in the pharmacy, which gave me the confidence to handle situations safely and responsibly.
More recently, I’ve had the joy of helping to care for my beautiful 5-week-old niece. Through this, I’ve gained hands-on experience with feeding, nappy changes, comforting, and general baby care, which has deepened my love for working with babies and made me even more passionate about supporting parents.
