About Me
Hello! I'm a first-time mum to a little girl Callie born in summer 2025.
I’m looking for a caring, nurturing childminder who offers a home-from-home environment.
I really value gentle care, lots of cuddles, outdoor play and a calm, responsive approach to babies' needs rather than a strict “one-size-fits-all” routine. My daughter is a happy, curious baby who loves being held, chatted to and included in everyday life.
I plan to return to work as a physio at the John Radcliffe in September 2026 and my husband works as a recruiter from home. We would be looking for 3 days childcare each week from 8:30- 5
My Requirements
I’m hoping to find someone who:
Is loving, patient and attentive to little ones' emotional needs
Enjoys sensory play and outdoor walks
Communicates openly and gives little updates through the day (photos/texts appreciated!)
Offers a clean, safe, homely space — not overly busy or chaotic
Callie was born prematurely so is smaller for her age and may take longer to catch up with her milestones but she is such a happy thriving baby.
