Hi, I’m 19 and I love working with children. As the oldest of six siblings, I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I’m patient, caring and responsible and enjoy helping with homework, playing games and preparing simple meals. I’m currently taking a gap year and have flexible availability around my part-time job at Specsavers.
My Experience
I have several years of childcare experience through looking after my younger siblings, as well as babysitting for family friends and neighbours. My Qualifications
* Completed four years of Health and Social Care studies.
* Knowledge of child development, safeguarding and first aid from my studies.
* Currently taking a gap year after studying Business, Law and Marketing.
* Practical childcare experience with children of all ages.
My Availability
I’m currently on a gap year, so I have flexible availability throughout the week. I work at Specsavers on Saturdays, with occasional shifts on Fridays and Wednesdays, but I’m happy to work around my schedule where possible.
