About Me
Hi! I am Miriam. DBS checked, responsible and have a lot of experience and a love for children. and I’m a student at the university of York. For work I’m a singing and drama teacher at Stagecoach performing arts for 6-10 year olds aswell as a character performer for children’s birthday parties (typically ages 2-8). I enjoy variety in life (hence all the side hustles…) and dream of having my own children in the future. I’d love to practise the skills I want to obtain to help me be a better parent one day.
My Experience
In addition to teaching multiple classes of children, my husband and I share 14 nieces and nephews (between the ages of 0–9h who I love to play with and babysit. I’ve also been doing so for over 9 years. I am competent at keeping high energy kids entertained for a long time due to my work as a party entertainer aswell as a teacher and know how to do most standard childcare duties like bedtimes, morning routines etc.

My Availability
As a student with minimal contact hours I’m usually quite flexible during the week! Weekends are when I will be working my other jobs
