My Experience

With more than six years experience in the childcare sector I have taken on various roles including teaching assistant, 1:1 SEND support, SEND teaching assistant and respite carer. Most recently I have taken on a nannying role with a one child family alongside providing ad hoc care for various families through which I have gained plenty of newborn experience.

I support my current nanny family by organising daily routine, meals and learning opportunities for their child and providing emotional and practical care. I also perform light housekeeping tasks relating to the child including washing, tidying and cooking fresh meals etc.

My Qualifications

Foundation degree in Early Years
GCSE Mathematics and English
Enhanced DBS
Paediatric First Aid at Level 3
Newborn experience
SEND experience and training
Montessori Trained
Basic understanding of Makaton with intent to do more in depth training.
Certificates available upon request.

My Availability

My current fixed term contract will be coming to a natural end in November so I am looking for one or more new families to support preferably working a maximum of four days a week. I am flexible on days and times and am also happy to provide ad hoc care occasionally when planned in advance.

My Fees

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

I currently charge an hourly rate of £15, and an added rate of £2 per hour for any additional children.
