My Summary

My Experience

I have worked with children since I was 17, when I lived in Spain for about two years, and later in the UK, caring for babies from around 10 months old to children up to 4 years of age. I should also mention that having a baby sister at the time gave me even more experience in looking after young children.

I truly enjoy interacting with children and supporting their development, from observing how they learn to discovering their favourite activities. I love building a bond with each child so that they feel comfortable and happy, as I believe this is essential for their wellbeing when being cared for by someone outside their family circle.

I used to play with the children I looked after — painting, playing hide and seek, going to the park, dancing, or reading together. I would also teach them a few words in Spanish, always with the parents’ consent.

My Qualifications

Although I don’t have formal qualifications, I’ve built my experience through caring for children directly.

My Availability

My availability would be after work, from 5:30 p.m. onwards, and at weekends. It would just be a matter of discussing it in advance so we can organise ourselves better and find a time that works for both of us :)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
