About Me
We both (parents) run a health food business and mostly work from home. Our baby girl is our first child and she's 5 months old. We love food, healthy eating and spending time outdoors in nature. We live in a house with a garden in Clapton.
My Requirements
We are looking for a warm, affectionate and experienced, part-time nanny (~3 days a week) to join our family in Clapton, East London from Dec 2025/Jan 2026 onwards, to care for our daughter (who will be 6 months old).
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Provide loving care for our daughter (feeding, changing, naps, playtime).
• Support the transition to solids, preparing age-appropriate foods and following a safe weaning plan.
• Encourage cognitive, speech, and motor development through play, stories, music, and sensory activities.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and nurturing environment.
• Help with light household duties, such as tidying up after meals, baby’s laundry, and keeping play areas clean.
• Assist with occasional family laundry and light household cleaning when baby is napping.
• Communicate openly with us about routines, milestones, and progress.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous experience with infants, especially feeding/weaning.
• Good understanding of baby nutrition and developmental play.
• Reliable, caring, patient, and confident with young babies.
• Paediatric first aid and DBS check (or willing to obtain).
• Relevant training/qualifications in childcare or early years education is a plus.
