My Summary

My Experience

I have my own life experience (I say it can't get any better than that when looking after children) I have 3 children. My first child was very poorly when she was little and I was her main carer for 3 years of her treatment. I have had two more children since. I have worked in care homes since I was 18. I have done 1 year in children's nursing ( did not complete as my children were my priority at the time and it was a lot of pressure to continue). I currently work in a nursery with children aged from 4 months up to 4 years old. I'm working towards my NVQ level 2. I have a a clean DBS check to work with children and adults.

Training i have completed whilst working in the nursery are... paediatric first aid, safeguarding, fire safety, food hygiene, prevent training, toothbrushing training. I'm aware about allergies and intolerances.

I love working with children and I believe all children should have an advocate and to be heard. I will always try my best to deliver the best care for any children that I look after.

My Qualifications

I don't have any qualifications but I do have life experience, my own children, worked in care for a number of years, studied children's nursing for one year, I work in a nursery. I have a diploma in access to HE with passes and distinctions. Essential skills level 1 & 2 in English.

My Availability

I'm available in the evenings after 3pm and on occasional weekends.

I'm happy to help when ever I possibly can.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
