Part Time Nanny Job In Westcliff On Sea
About Me
Mum to a 5 year old girly who’s in school and our newest addition, little baby boy.
Now preparing for my return to work in April and looking to explore working with a nanny — either alongside nursery or instead of. I run a tech business and plan to work mainly from home, so I’m hoping to find someone who can help care for our baby during the day, allowing me to balance work while still spending time with him. I’d also love someone who can lend a hand on the days I’m out for meetings and, ideally, offer some light household help too to keep on top of everything.
We’re a very friendly family who believe in being open, transparent, and respectful with anyone we work with. We know the juggle of work and family life can be a little crazy, and we’d love to find someone wonderful who can help make it all run smoothly — and ensure our children feel cared for and happy when we can’t always be there.
We’re flexible, fair, and would make sure expectations work well for both sides. We can also provide references — including from our amazing house help who has been with us for over five years.
My Requirements
While we understand we may need to be flexible in what we want to suit care available too, ideally I think if we decide to use nursery as well, we’d want help on at least two Mondays month, or all. And then some help Tuesday - Thursday before / after nursery .
However we want to explore working with a nanny Monday - Thursday also.
We would also like to have someone we can ask for help on the occasional evening or weekend but that’s not a must of course.
