I’m a devoted mother to a wonderful little girl who means the world to me. This will be the first time she’s being cared for by someone outside of close family, so I’m looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and kind — someone who will treat her with the same care and attentiveness I would.
I value professionalism, reliability, and clear communication. I want to build a working relationship that’s based on mutual respect, where both sides feel comfortable and confident in the arrangement.
My Requirements
My daughter attends nursery from Tuesday to Friday, starting at 11:00 AM and finishing at 5:00 PM. I’ll need someone to pick her up from home and drop her off at nursery, then collect her afterwards and stay with her until her grandmother returns from work. During that waiting time, please keep her safe, happy, and engaged — she enjoys gentle play, stories, or calm activities. Communication and reliability are essential, as her wellbeing and routine mean a lot to me.
She doesn’t attend nursery on Mondays, as she spends the day with family.
At this stage, I’m only looking to confirm this basic routine.
