My Requirements
After school / wraparound care for 5 year old boy (in reception at school) and 3 year old girl (in nursery/preschool). Also got another baby on the way in April so mum will need some extra help. I (dad) am away with work usually Tuesday morning to Thursday night so help needed while I'm away and possibly ad hoc in week and to cover school holidays. We're still working out what we need and looking to find a routine that works for us and a nanny / care provider.
