Looking for a part-time nanny good with dogs

Hi! I’m Sam and my husband is Nick.
We’re parents to our 1 year old boy, Jamie, and a gorgeous (though boisterous) Labrador called Fred. As we are both self-employed, we are struggling to juggle our own work and childcare - Jamie is waitlisted at a few local nurseries as they are full. We are easy-going, active people who live in Clapham SW4 and run wellness businesses in the area. As we’re self-employed we’re fairly flexible, and are usually in and out the house all day.
My Requirements
*PLEASE NOTE* we need someone good with dogs! Our dog is big and boisterous, and is very much a priority in our family! So this is a non-negotiable. You need to be GOOD with big dogs.
We are looking for someone to care for Jamie from 7.30am-2pm, 3-4 times a week, with the occasional longer day or babysitting as needed, if that suits. Jamie will need to be taken to pre-booked activities, or kept stimulated and entertained, and put down for a nap from approximately 9-10am. He takes a paci and goes down easily in the morning as he is an energetic, sensory seeking child that requires attention and energy when awake and then collapses at the end of his wake window.

We had a disappointing experience with Millen. After several back and forth conversations, a phone call and an in-person meeting in our home, we agreed on a regular nanny position with Millen’s minimum hours required and planned all our work around her starting. The night before she was due to begin with us, she let us know she had accepted a PA job offering a higher salary. While I completely understand people need to do what’s best for them, the timing left us without childcare at the last minute after we’d stopped searching and made plans based on her commitment. She did apologise and recommend another nanny, (who turned out to be extremely far away), but the lack of reliability made what was already a stressful situation at the time much harder, as we were really sorely let down.
