I am a parent to two children and have a real love for animals, the outdoors, and spending time in nature. I am deeply passionate about the EYFS and supporting the development of young children, believing these early years are the most important for building confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. Having experienced childcare and education as both a parent and a teacher, I understand the trust families place in those who care for their children, and this has shaped the thoughtful, nurturing way I care for your little ones. I value strong partnerships with families and share each child’s journey through learning journeys, fortnightly newsletters, and regular WhatsApp updates throughout the day, so you always feel connected and reassured. ?
My Experience
Over the past 15 years, I have gained a wide range of experience working with children in many different settings. I have worked as a primary school teaching assistant, a supply teacher in a primary school, and as an emotional literacy assistant, supporting children’s wellbeing alongside their learning. I hold a Foundation Degree in Education and am currently working towards a full degree. My experience also includes working closely with children with special educational needs and within alternative provision, allowing me to support children with diverse needs and backgrounds. Coming from a large family with lots of children has further shaped my nurturing, patient approach and deepened my understanding of children’s development, relationships, and individual personalities.

Jose has been babysitting our 10-month-old daughter for two months now, and we couldn’t be happier. Our daughter is always smiling when she’s with her! Jose is incredibly active, constantly taking her on outings and organizing wonderful themed days. We love seeing the little crafts she brings home and appreciate the consistent updates on upcoming activities. Plus, Jose’s two children are wonderful with our daughter. We trust her implicitly and highly recommend her!"
