Hello, my name is Lauren, and I’m a qualified and passionate childminder with over 20
years of experience working with children — including those with Special Educational
Needs (SEN).
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in the nursery sector in a variety of roles, from Child
Practitioner to Deputy Manager and Manager. In 2025, I decided to take the exciting
step of opening my own childminding setting from home — a warm, caring, and stimulating
environment where children can feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
My Experience
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children across all areas of
early development — from babies taking their first steps to pre-schoolers preparing for
their next big adventure at school. My background in leadership roles has given me the
skills to create a structured, nurturing, and inspiring setting that supports every child’s individual needs and interests.
